Over 26 years across 14 countries, I've led turnarounds, transformations, and builds across Asia Pacific, spanning $2.2B in sales and $1.1B in operations. The methods I developed were adopted as best practice in the Americas and Europe. Today, I teach what I learned.

At 50, I chose to keep building.

I wrote a book on personal transformation. I earned an AI postgraduate certification so I could build with the technology, not just discuss it. I built a mobile app from scratch without being a coding expert. I trained in behavioural change methodologies to understand transformation at the human level. I became a certified sustainability coach and founded a company to build what I saw was missing in my industry.
