I work with senior leaders navigating complexity, where strategy is clear, intent is strong, and execution is the real constraint.

For over 26 years, I led large-scale transformation inside a global industrial organisation, working across 14 countries in Asia Pacific. My roles spanned both sides of the enterprise: sales growth and operational delivery. I ran $2.2B sales portfolios, owned $1.1B in P&L responsibilities, led turnarounds, and built teams across cultures, markets, and maturity levels.

What shaped my work most was not scale, but repetition: seeing where transformation consistently breaks down, and why.

What Changed My Focus

After decades inside large organisations, I became less interested in what leaders intended to do, and more interested in why execution failed even when intent was right.

That question led me to continue building, well into my fifties.

I completed an AI/ML postgraduate certification so I could work with the technology, not merely sponsor it. I built a mobile application from scratch to test whether the strategist-builder divide was real. I trained in behavioural change methodologies to understand transformation at the human level. I became a certified sustainability coach to help organisations navigate real transition. And I founded a technology company to build what I saw was missing.

None of this was about credentials. It was about capability.

How I Work

My work is grounded in three principles:

1. Understand before fixing. See the system, the people, incentives, and constraints, before intervening.
2. Focus on actions, not just outcomes. Outcomes lag. Behaviour is manageable.
3. Build discipline that links strategy to execution. This is the bridge most organisations lack.

The goal is always the same: transfer capability, not create dependency.
